The Collection Quilt is an exploration of shape and color in a 9-part series. Have fun building skill, as well as gaining confidence and comfort with hand appliqué. Each part starts with a discussion about technique as well as color, and is followed by instructions, illustrations and photographs, as well as 6 bonus projects where blocks are used.
Collection is a printed, physical pattern that includes all 9 portions of the Block-Of-The-Month project.
Fabrics in cover project are from Robert Kaufman. Fabrics are also listed by color, making selections easily adaptable.

Hearts is a beginner + color-friendly appliqué project. Take on a beloved shape in a fun and colorful way!
Fabric: Use one color or many–Hearts can take on any number of looks based on the fabric and color palette you choose. Cover project uses a 5″ square charm pack from my Collection CF for the appliqué and Kona Seafoam for the background.
Throw-sized project can be made from the Jetty Fat Quarter Bundle.

The Alberta Street Pencil Skirt is a great classic silhouette for any season.
