Enrollment Policy

Class enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. We limit our class sizes to ensure that everyone gets a one-on-one experience with our incredible instructors, so make sure to enroll early! We are happy to waitlist you for a class and offer you a spot if there is a cancellation.

Reservations & Payment

  • Class fees are required at the time of registration 
  • Reservations by phone are accepted with credit card payment
  • Store credit can be awarded if you withdraw from a class only if you cancel 5 days before your first class
  • We have the right to cancel classes when necessary — students will receive store credit or a refund
  • There are no make-up classes unless an instructor is forced to miss a class
  • Materials are not included in the class fee (unless otherwise specified)

Classroom Etiquette


Regardless of legality, you may not come to class under the influence: 

including, but not limited to, alcohol, weed, heavy medication, we are operating heavy machinery and using sharp blades; we reserve the right to remove you from class

  • No Cellphones

  • No Guests, Children, etc.

  • No Pets

  • No Food

Please refrain from wearing heavily scented perfume or cologne, and smoking immediately before class — cotton fabric absorbs smells
