All sales are final unless the product received is damaged or defective. You may cancel orders or products within 24 hours of purchase; however, fabric cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged. If the item purchased is out of stock, we may contact you to either cancel the product or replace it with something of equal value.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs while the package is in possession of USPS; claims must be filed with them. All orders purchased Sunday through Wednesday should ship out within 2 business days.
All packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail which provides a tracking number and insurance. Lead time may be affected if there is an issue with your order, your order is large, or there is a holiday.
Local pick-up is available for orders. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
