Sashiko Workshop | Sunday, September 13th, 10:30am - 1:15pm | Come learn the fundamentals of sashiko (a traditional Japanese style of hand embroidery) from guest instructor Sanae Suzuki! | In this introductory class, students will learn about the history of this art form, how to prepare a fabric for stitching, and how to create the rice flower (kome hana) stitch pattern with vertical, horizontal, and diagonal stitches. | All supplies and materials are included.
