There is space at the bottom of the grid for the stitcher to put their initials and date.
The sampler is self-explanatory as to which stitches go where but the kit includes 5 full skeins of DMC embroidery thread and an A6 booklet with detailed instructions on how to complete each stitch together with a few embroidery tips.
