“The Neitherlands are sort of the place between all places. It’s how you get from A to B.” The Magicians Trilogy by Lev Grossman.
The Neitherlands is a transitional world that contains portals to planets throughout the Multiverse, including Earth and Fillory. This block reminds me of an aerial view of hedge maze and the center represented portals to even more sub mazes. The imagery filled my head while reading the books. This is a great quilt to play with color and transparency.
A coloring sheet is included with this pattern.
Finished Quilt Size: 76” x 76”
The Find Your Fade shawl by Andrea Mowry was the inspiration for the fade in this mod flower on point. My wool allergy prevents me from knitting, but all the lovely examples of people’s work inspired me to play with tons of color palettes. Some of which are included inside to help inspire you.
A coloring sheet is provided inside to help you lay out your fade quilt as well as an alternate layout.
The Granny Cabin Quilt Pattern is inspired by the simple patchwork of log cabin and granny square blocks. Instead of small piecing, this pattern utilizes strip piecing to speed up the process! The pattern is beginner friendly and instructions are given throughout to use up those scraps. It is the perfect picnic quilt! This pattern assumes quilter has knowledge of basic piecing and can use consistent 1/4" seam allowances. The pattern requires F8, FQ, Jelly Roll, and yardage depending on sizes.
